Vasily was admitted to the German Bar in 2002.

With more than 20 years of experience at Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner, CMS International BV, and Beiten Burkhardt, Vasily has been recognized by Best Lawyers in various fields, including Corporate Law and Insolvency and Reorganization Law. Vasily is an active participant in events organized by the legal community locally and abroad, has authored numerous publications on contentious legal issues and is a regular speaker at conferences.

Mikhail Sholokhov focuses on intellectual property and technology law matters, personal data protection, and commercial contracts. He also advises on various regulatory matters in the TMT sector. Vitaliy Lebedev
Vitaliy Lebedev represents leading international and Russian companies before the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation (Rospatent) and the Eurasian Patent Organisation (EAPO) on matters relating to intellectual property protection. Vitaliy has extensive experience in drafting applications for inventions and utility models, prosecuting Russian and foreign applications, conducting prior art searches to assess the patentability of technical solutions, preparing expert opinions, and delivering freedom-to-operate analyses.

Before joining the team, Vitaliy formerly worked as a patent attorney at the Moscow office of Gowling WLG.

Alexander Lebedev handles contentious and non-contentious matters, focusing on the prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and industrial designs before Rospatent and Russian courts.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in all areas of intellectual property, prior to joining the team, Alexander worked at PETOŠEVIĆ, several other law firms and at Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation (Rospatent).
